Last weekend I crashed on the tree while skiing and left a big bruise on my right thigh. For the past two days I was limping from the pain and my leg movement was very limited. Today, I felt better so I went for 1 hour strength training. I managed to do sets of overhead squats and lunges painless, then after I did 1 hour spinning with the group. I wanted to go for a night run so I decided to check out the snow condition up in Mt. Seymour, only to find out that they closed the gate at the bottom at night. I turned around and drove to Lynn valley instead for a short run. I went half way through to Lynn Peak, then I headed back to my car.
