I joined Club Mud group run today. It was my first time running with them. Really friendly and very welcoming group. What I like about this group is they are more focus on vertical run which I needed right now. We ran from Cypress lodge to Eagle Bluff. Beautiful view of Vancouver and Burrard inlet at the top.
