Barnston Island Run

March 14, 2015

I got to try my Altra Superior 2.0 this week-end on  a 30km flat/paved run from my place to Barnton Island.  The  Island contains mostly farmland and is home to a total population of 155 people, and you have to take a ferry to cross Parson's channel to the Island. It's a  9km scenic loop around the Island with lots farm animals like: llamas, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, horses, etc.  The red spots on the map are cranberry fields.

Although, Altra Superior 2.0 has the thinner cushioning among the other Altra trail shoes model, with  18mm stack height, this is enough for me to run comfortably on paved.

Check out some other awesome model of Altras you may want to try:    http://altrazerodrop.ca/
