Learning How To Cross Country Ski

I feel bad that my friend had to spend 2.5 hours of his time teaching me how to cross country ski. I'm so thankful/grateful  to have him around to share his knowledge to me. I've been eager to learn this stuff since 2012. I was challenged the fact that this is very new to me, so I went back to the resort the next day and spent almost 5 hours to practice the basics. It was fun and very entertaining to me every time I fall on my ass.

Also, I went to check out some routes up in Seymour for trail running. I ran Old Buck to Deep Cove lookout, descend to Seymour picnic area, continued to Mushroom trail back to Baden Powell, then finally to Old Buck back to my car.
