Decided to take a day off to relax and joined Alexis for a hike up Mount Killam on Gambier Island. Getting there was already an adventure, two ferry rides to reach the island! I was expecting a simple, easy-going stroll, but boy, was I wrong.
Turns out, chasing after Alexis uphill was a full-on workout. I definitely had to work my ass off keeping up with him! Definitely not the lazy day I had in mind, but hey, the views and company made it totally worth it.
