It seems like I hurt my shoulder last weekend while I was doing double poling. It's really tight and I can feel a pinching pain every time I'm doing long strokes The practice today was really good. Martin and Derrick has been very competitive. I love drafting them as I'm always gets tired at the end of the practice.
