Pushing Hard

So, I told my friend about Buntzen run I did last weekend. I gave him my time, and then he asked me, "Were you pushing yourself hard?" I think I said to him, "No!". To challenge myself, I went back today to run the whole loop. This time I wanted to push myself even harder. What a disappointing result. I did not shave off any minute  from my previous time.
